Before giving you the tips on how to dress to look slimmer it is important to know that health comes first. Obesity is a disease that is taking many lives and the cure is a healthy diet based on fruits and vegetables, accompanied by regular exercises.

Looking thinner is what all women look for. When we meet someone that tells us the magic sentence... You are thinner!, the day becomes so much better and all the descomfort goes away for a while.

But when reality shouts a different truth and we find ourselves with a few extra pounds we seek to disguise it no matter what.

CHOOSE CLOTHES THAT FIT YOU PERFECTLY
